Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI) and the University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol, UK signed a Memorandum of Understanding on August 21, 2017 in Bristol to work collaboratively in the areas of Environment & Technology.
UWE Bristol is one of the largest providers of Higher Education in the South West of England. It is well-known for its research in areas such as healthcare and green energy.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Prashant Bhalla, President, MREI and Dr. Jane Harrington, Deputy Vice Chancellor & Provost, UWE. Dr. Prashant Bhalla was accompanied by Dr. Sanjay Srivastava, MD, MREI. Under the MoU, MREI and UWE will explore collaborative projects in credit recognition, staff exchange and student exchange in the fields of environment and technology.
Dr. Prashant Bhalla said, “The two universities are looking at further areas of collaboration and shall enter into a detailed academic agreement. They shall offer Masters and Doctoral programs in Environment and Technology, including Robotics & Water Technology and shall also work closely in the area of Psychometric profiling of students in this academic year.
